We came home after a weekend away to our thermostat off and unit not working. I called the next morning and left a message. I received a call back a short time later and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Mike came by and was knowledgeable and professional and got our unit back up and running within an hour. Great service!
Air conditioning stopped working Saturday night.Sunday morning I called creative comfort for the first time,they were here within 2 hours on a Sunday and fixed the problem and didn't overcharge. Very happy with this company.
My condenser went out. They did a great job at communicating the issue and the process moving forward. They had everything back up and running in no time.
