What a great company to work with! Needed a new central air unit to replace a 20+ year old system. Mike took the time to explain what we needed and what we did not need to spend money on. The installation team led by Joe was right on time. When they left, you couldn't tell they were here. Will be calling them for regular service checks in the future. Thank you CCS!

I was frustrated with trying to find a trustworthy HVAC guy. And I had a big home upgrade project that I really wanted done right. However, when I went through the motions of calling the "big" groups that you find on Google results...none of them felt right and all of them had their hands in my pocket. I was referred to Creative Comfort Solutions by a friend and was told to contact Mike. Welp, the rest is history. The job is now done and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result! The process was clean, fair and efficient. Mike came out to give me a free estimate. He quickly evaluated the job and determined a fair price (which was competitive yet below other estimates I had received). We shook hands and proceeded with the work. Mike brought his technician Joe to a second walk-through to finalize the details of the job. About 1 week later, the work was completed. They took great care of my home and left no mess. And they took extra attention to detail to ensure the aesthetics were perfectly placed. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys! You'll get professional grade craftsmanship and a team you can trust.

From start to finish our experience with Michael and Creative Comfort was excellent. We had central air installed in an older home which was a complicated job and they were just exceptional. The crew was extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would do at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anybody with HVAC needs.
We can't say enough about this company. They came when they said they would, were patient with our wanting to change things around, were friendly and cleaned up so much at the end of each day (3 days) that one person seriously asked if they had been here that day at all!
