Our History

Our founder Russell J. Notte has more than 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Previously, he owned and worked for a large heating and cooling company, which is where he developed his personal philosophy of finding the balance between long-lasting efficiency and affordable pricing. The company first started as just Rusell and a truck, and has now grown to a full field and office crew. We’re proud to have a work culture that helps us to even better serve our customers.
