The team was always available for questions and very considerate of home cleanliness and noise/work disruption especially for someone who works from home. I would definitely recommend this team for all future HVAC projects.
So far great company. They came out and diagnosed the issue and gave me honest advice. They'll be back out tomorrow to fix it. The owner came out and we sat and talked about life for about a half hour. Awesome gentleman

Joe's overall knowledge of the trade is very impressive and immediately made me know they were the company to go with and that I was in good hands. Their pricing is fair and their work was impeccable! It's hard to find quality work these days and this company came through and provided outstanding workmanship and customer service!
They responded the same day I needed help with my oil furnace. Everyone was professional and straight forward with everything and the service technician did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them for future service.
Creative Comfort installed a new dual fuel heat pump in our home a few weeks ago. They were the best price and their team did a wonderfu job, its much quieter than our gas furnace was. More importantly over the last few weeks they have been so responsive to every question I have had, no matter how trivial. That's really important to me.

I absolutely love Creative Comfort Solutions! This company serviced my furnace, installed a new humidifier for me and central air. Communication is great - I've never had an issue getting through to someone and scheduling was always timely! I've met several of the guys - all of whom were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into some kinks fixing my old humidifier and after the AC install, however they quickly resolved issues with a determined attitude!
