Creative Comfort installed a new dual fuel heat pump in our home a few weeks ago. They were the best price and their team did a wonderfu job, its much quieter than our gas furnace was. More importantly over the last few weeks they have been so responsive to every question I have had, no matter how trivial. That's really important to me.
Creative Comfort has been our heating and air conditioning service company for years. We are pleased with our equipment and Nate has been a great provider of service each year for the past few years. Nicole always is there to help if we have an issue and turnover time for any problem is taken care of quickly. Great customer service and feel confident in continuing with this company.
I absolutely love Creative Comfort Solutions! This company serviced my furnace, installed a new humidifier for me and central air. Communication is great - I've never had an issue getting through to someone and scheduling was always timely! I've met several of the guys - all of whom were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into some kinks fixing my old humidifier and after the AC install, however they quickly resolved issues with a determined attitude!

Called and scheduled a next day appointment to resolve my furnace issue. This was in the middle of winter and the heat stopped circulating throughout my house. I am very happy with the service, price, and quality of work from Creative Solutions. There was an issue with my daughter's radiator that 3 other guys couldn't figure out. Nick from Creative Solutions solved the problem in less than ten minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and accommodating. They did not charge me for the second visit since the first person they sent out didn't fix the problem. I would highly recommend Creative Solutions to anyone with HVAC needs!
