Why Keep Up With Maintenance?
HVAC systems are designed to have annual maintenance appointments. Without them, the wear and tear placed on them from the winters and summers will cause them to rapidly decline. When you have biannual maintenance done (usually in the spring and fall), you’ll see these benefits:
- Longer equipment service life
- Lower energy bills
- Fewer repair needs
- Prevention of emergency breakdowns
- Improved comfort performance
- Warranty protection
