They scheduled appointment right away and Mike C. came out figured out the problem, he told me they would be in touch with me with an Estimate to approve, once approved they would contact me to schedule to replace parts. Nicole was great and Russell answered all my questions. They took the utmost care while working in my home. I liked how they texted to tell me who would be coming and kept me updated on arrival times. I would definitely recommend Creative Comfort Solutions.

I highly recommend this place. Scheduling was easy, cheaper than other quotes, and no increases or unexpected charges.
I had to get a drip pan replaced in my AC unit. The guy who came over was professional and fixed it quickly, and checked that the pump was working. He found that the joint in the duct needed to be replaced after removing it, so he went and got the part and then replaced it with no charge.
Whoever answers the phone (Nicole maybe?) was professional, nice, and understanding. I will be using these guys in the future and don't hesitate to recommend them.
