Creative comfort is great! They are professional and do a great job. They have installed 2 AC systems for us . Always arrive on time or notify you if they are running late.

My experience with Comfort Solutions was fantastic. I wanted A/C installed in my 100 year old house and had multiple contractors come and bid on the job. All of them tried to convince me to go ductless (Which I did not want) and did not even bother to check/notice that I had attic space to place a central air unit. The OWNER of the Creative Comfort came out, pointed that out, suggested central A/C for the second and third floor and priced the job in half of what the ductless contractors proposed. The team came in and installed the unit in about 3 days. Some moisture accumulated on the vents and they had someone out there that day to take a look. They worked on the vents to make sure the job was done and done right. I highly recommend them for A/C install as their service, quality and timeliness was outstanding. I would have given 5 stars but they did leave a bit of a mess after the install, and one vent exposed that I have to box in.
These guys are awesome. We mange a few apartment complexes and have ONLY had good experiences. Try them out!
Much better service than we got with a previous HVAC company, who did give a solution to our problem. Nick actually gave a solution to our problem and multiple options. Answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions. We felt good about moving forward with a plan after Nick's evaluation.
They were extremely professional, helpful, and patient with questions (and puppy antics). We had a great experience working with them and it's so nice to have gone from an inoperable heating system to both heat and central air in 4 days! They came exactly when they said and were done even quicker than anticipated. I would definitely recommend Creative Comfort! Thanks Joe, Sean, Will, Derek and team!
The service man that came out was incredibly professional and provided numerous options for my duct system. I would recommend them to others.
