I used Creative Comfort Solutions to install a new ducted central air system in my Philadelphia rowhome. From the initial consultation with Mike and Joe to the final walkthrough, the entire team was respectful, professional, and courteous. They listened to my requests and never tried to sell me into anything I didn't want or need and were realistic upfront about assumptions and expectations. As the name states too, they came up with creative solutions for what turned out to be an extremely non-conventional and tricky install and managed to complete it in a way that everyone was happy with. During the install, the team – Shawn, Will, Nibil, and Dylan – did an incredible job of communicating, leaving the house clean every day, and being very efficient. They were also very respectful while I was working from home. The entire team took COVID protocols very seriously and always wore masks in the house. I would highly recommend their services to others and sincerely thank the whole team for their efforts.
My heater stopped blowing hot air and kept attempting to ignite over and over. Oliver wanted to charge me $89 and gave me a 9 hour repair window.
Creative Comfort solutions came out promptly to restore my heat on a cold day and cut the service fee more than half! Highly recommend. The repair techs were very professional and knowledgeable. Russ (owner) is very responsive and accommodating and Nicole (office) was prompt to send me out a service plan explanation and estimate to continue working with them for any future repairs or needs . Highly recommend !

Had my furnace quit working on the coldest day of the year so far. I called Creative Comfort Solutions and they were super friendly and responsive. They were able to have someone at my place extremely fast and before they originally thought they could. Nick was extremely professional and helpful and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, get the right parts and get the furnace back up in running. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
