Called at 9:00 at night and they scheduled me between 2 and 5 the next day. The repair man called at 12:00 pm to say he can head over if I was home. Prompt service, professional, kind and answered all my questions. Got the job done quickly. I will definitely use them if needed in the future.

I received several bids from competing contractors. I was impressed with Creative Comfort Solutions innovative approach from the beginning and the common-sense approach. Competitors provided lower costs with systems that I had concern that my house may not be warm during cold days. Based on reviews of these other contractors, I think I was right to have concern. Creative Comfort Solutions were professional, clean, respected my house and my concerns with aesthetics. With the job completed on time, I am extremely satisfied with the results.
