I am very pleased with the services provided by Creative Comfort Solutions , whenever I call them the response has been prompt and courteous. I am very happy to have them on speed dial for any of my heating and cooling service systems needs , such as tuneups or any type repair .

Going to sign up for the hvac service plan. Love this company. I have had horrible experiences with so many companies for all jobs around the house, never with CCS. Customer service is wonderful, technicians are all great and I haven't been anything but pleased with them. I found my people. :)
Technician was punctual and polite. Was able to access and evaluate the issue quickly. Had all tools for the job and was prepared. Definitely a reliable company worth working with.
CCS is extremely professional. My technician Nick was not only quick and mindful of my home but also thorough and communicative while servicing my AC units for the season. They are my go-to!

Highly highly recommend Creative! Recently purchased a 1730s home in Swarthmore and as you might imagine, ducting was non-existent and it's a bit of a bear to cool three stories, with a kitchen addition. I had four HVAC companies come out for due diligence, and while there were two I felt comfortable with, ultimately went with Creative.
Co-owner Michael stopped by three (!!!) times to get the lay of the land and came up with multiple options to ensure my needs were met from both a cooling and financial perspective. Must have spent over six hours of his own time and energy before I even signed a contract! He also stopped by to make sure the boss (the wife) was comfortable with the changes being made, while also ensuring the integrity and character of the home was maintained. He also brought out his project managers Joe & Sean out (great crew by the way!) to ensure that his team was on board with the design.
I gave them a target date that was close to impossible to install one high-velocity system to cool the 2nd and 3rd floors, one conventional system in the basement to cool the first floor, and a ductless unit for the kitchen. It was installed two days in advance, with their local handyman finishing out the cosmetic touches.
All throughout the install, Sean & Joe touched base with me daily, from where the vents were being installed to the Nest thermostat locations. They also walked me through preventive maintenance, left several boxes of filters, and even showed me some nest crawl spaces I had access to for extra storage. I have to mention that they tarped off pretty much everything to ensure that the house was maintained and cleaned up after themselves daily.
Super nice crew and incredible hard working. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. They are not looking to screw you over financially, unlike the private equity owned outfits that come out with a budget that's almost 100% over the actual estimate. A local business that will keep your family feeling cozy!

The technician arrived on time, and he was very professional. He thoroughly checked and serviced my HVAC unit. The service fee was very reasonable.
