Creative Comfort installed Air Conditioning in our Chestnut Hill 1840's three story brick home in June of 2018 and has been maintaining and servicing it ever since. They use quality components, are reasonably priced, always listen to our concerns, and are punctual arriving for appointments. We have never had a major breakdown requiring emergency service.

I purchased my AC units from them 3 years ago when I moved into my new home. While we have had a couple of issues during the most extreme heat waves, they are always so quick to come by and fix the problem (even on a Sunday). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for new AC units. The customer service is great and they do high quality work.
